Dr. Penelope Orr, ATR-BC, LPC-S, is a licensed counselor, supervisor, and art therapist with a private practice that focuses on play and art therapy for the LGBTQAI+ community. She is a full professor with Pennwest University and teaches in the Art Therapy program in the PSYCAT department.
